Person will be responsible for HR /IR and Admin of the business . - Candidate should possess a post graduate qualification in Human Resources from a decent Institute and should have 8 years to 17 years of experience with IR/ER exposure in a Plant/Manufacturing unit. - Manpower planning and budgeting in consultation with Business Heads of different functional &amp; operational areas as part of the annual Strategic planning&amp; Business planning process - Interacting with Management and Departmental Heads for devising and implementing HR Policies &amp; Procedures in line with the vision &amp; mission and regulatory environment. - Ensure right sizing of the manpower by ensuring a right mix of contractual and permanent employees. - Analyze manpower productivity at all levels and ensure the same is in alignment to achieve the business objectives. Implement &amp; execute the reward and recognition process to appreciate high performers in the plant setup. - Analyze and introduce industry best practices and policies to create a better work environment. - Implement &amp; facilitate the Performance Management System in line with the corporate team - Will work closely with the corporate team for recruitment, selection, joining process &amp; on boarding for new recruits through a structured induction process - Good knowledge and experience of ensuring Harmonious industrial relations, knowledge of Industrial Disputes Act &amp; Provisions thereof including Long Term Wage negotiations and handling of Industrial Disputes. Ensure all statutory compliance are adhered to - Oversee all admin &amp; safety, health &amp; environment related aspects in the plant - Support in maintaining harmonious IR environment in the company. - Improving productivity &amp; efficiency in the plant - Assist in the Long term Settlement process with the union. - Ensure manpower productivity through control on Over time and proper manpower planning. - Effective management of all legal matters and liaison with Government officials. - Contract labour management. Desire Profile : - Knowledge of labor laws/regulations - Knowledge of external labor market (IR situations; labor availability, government bodies) - Knowledge of HR operations at factory (attendance, leave, contract labor management) - Strong analytical ability - High result orientation - getting things done on time and as per agreed upon norms.
