Senior Manager - Human Resources - Agency Channel - Insurance (6-10 yrs)

We are looking for Senior Manager - Human Resources ( Agency) for a leading Insurance company based at Gurgaon

Job Location : Corporate HQ, Gurgaon

Education : Post Graduate in Human Resources from a good institute

CTC : Best in Industry

Reporting To : AVP - HR (North)

Department : Human Resources

Function : Human Resources - Agency

Exp : 7+ Years of experience in Generalist/Business HR role

Nature of the Role : Team Handling

Working Timings : 9 am onwards, 5 days working

Travel : Yes ( 25%-30% in North Zone)

Job Purpose : 

1. Responsible for creating and driving the people agenda end to end for Agency channel in North zone.

2. Responsible for driving and managing all HR initiatives/employee engagement agenda, recruitments/selection and on boarding.

3. Liaison and coordinate with Business Head/Leadership Team and ensure corporate initiatives are implemented, required data is fetched and feedback shared on initiatives like audit gaps, EDAP cases and attrition etc.

4. Partner with Channel HR Head in creating a rich culture based on performance based engagement and drill down key initiatives eg. Employee connect, Best Bets, PMS.

5. Act as the transformation/process champion (within the HR team) for Agency Channel

6. Prepare business/HR analytics for Agency HR

7. Custodian for monitoring progress on PMS, Employee Disciplinary Action Process (EDAP) & Compliance etc.
