Senior Manager - Human Resource Transformation - Consulting Firm (11-15 yrs)

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing a part of the business, growing our business, leading sales pursuits, managing and delivering on multiple projects and performance management of people in your teams. This is a leadership role with our practice.

- Ability to leverage HR Transformation subject matter expertise to provide hands on guidance on projects, sales pursuits etc.

- Manage multiple projects in an oversight and quality role

- Experience and ability to work in an onsite/offshore model supporting US and global clients

- Deliver HR solutions to clients leveraging past domain experience and client tools and methodologies

- Support pre-sales and sales activities working with US-based leaders

- Provide quality assurance of deliverables across multiple projects

- Support the growth of talent within the practice through recruitment, mentorship and coaching

- Participate in practice development and knowledge transfer activities

- Manage operational activities for the practice in India

- Ownership of operational activities related to staffing, recruiting and training

Work you'll do:

Responsible for successful end to end delivery and management of large scale global projects. This role involves in-depth understanding of processes across various HCM modules and the ability to define various strategies (conversions, reporting, and integrations) and leading teams. Manager will both drive and manage teams of various sizes and interact closely with multiple cross functional teams (sales, functional, PMO, testing, etc.)

Qualifications Required:

- This position would require his/ her major time to be spent on client service while, the remaining time would be spent towards practice building, staffing and recruiting. Client service is a key component of this role and the person will be expected to provide leadership to teams based in India

- Extensive experience working on HR projects as a leader, team management, subject matter expertise and an expert in Technology

- Experience in designing the concepts for technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team

- Experience leading large, complex projects.

- Strong subject matter expert in either technical or functional concepts. Seen as a go-to person in multiple sub areas within HR

- Primary ERP background in Success Factors, Workday or SAP HCM module development & functional-technical consulting

- MBA HR or an equivalent degree is required OR BE or an equivalent 4 year degree is required

- Ability to play lead roles preferably on multiple projects. Understands project statuses, understands project lifecycle, manage mitigation of risks and issues, set up change control processes and escalation points

- Understands HCM implementation strategies across work streams (data conversion, functional and integrations), understands review processes and sets standards and checkpoints to ensure quality deliverables, understands how HR application interfaces with other modules / third party applications and respective dependencies

- Should have experience in leading large disparate teams in a global delivery model

- Ability to leverage HR Transformation subject matter expertise to provide hands on guidance on projects, sales pursuits etc.

- Ability to support the growth of talent within the practice through recruitment, mentorship and coaching
