Looking for a Sr. Manager HR for a Logistics Organisation based out in Pune-Chakan plant. Functional Competencies : 1. Self-motivated, result driven individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 2. Experience in Plant HR is a must. 3. Experience in design and implementation of IR and ER programs, policies and initiatives in Indian/multinational organisation having a diverse workforce and spread geographically. 4. Ability to connect with various business stakeholders provide strategic foresight and support on HR delivery &amp; service. 5. Exposure to good employee relations practices and ability to manage a large contractual workforce will be desired. 6. Team player and able to keep motivation and morale high. Responsibilities : 1. Planning and Designing workforce in respect of Business Plan 2. Engage employees to drive business results 3. Recognize Teams and Individuals strategically 4. Work Closely with all the regulators and relationship with all stake holders 5. Plan Work Force focused on talent needs and develop talent pipelines 6. Assess and Map capabilities of existing employees vs organizational needs 7. Creates Succession Planning Matrix 8. Ensuring on Boarding &amp; Orientation of new hires 9. Basic skills training, Organizational values orientation 10. Employees Reward &amp; Recognition for business results 11. Ability to handle a large Contractual workforce in addition to payroll employees 12. External environment management 13. Talent acquisition for all Key positions as per cycle time. 14. HR operations - Employee life cycle management of On-boarding, Induction Confirmation, Exit management. 15. Performance Appraisal process - KRA's and Evaluation for organization's employees. 16. Appointment, engagement and review of Business Associate (Manpower Contractor) for supplying of Contract manpower as per the business needs 17. Ensure all labour law compliances both for the organization and audit for the Business Associate. 18. Implementation of Learning &amp; Development and engagement initiatives as per plan. 19. Relationship building with the Customer for effective operations delivery and ensure the Service level agreements (SLA- s). Skills Required : 1) In depth knowledge of Labor laws, court proceedings and various acts 2) Hands on experience in handling complex labor issues 3) Must have handled, dealt with gherao, strike, labor unrest 4) Knowledge and experience in disciplinary proceedings 5) Must have done Long term wage settlement 6) Hands on experience with Statutory compliance
