Senior Manager - Human Resource - IT/ITeS (10-22 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Manage and participate in the collaborative development and rollout of appropriate policies and programs for effective management of employee relations and human resources services.

- Provide advice and counsel to business managers in resolving employee relations issues or interpretation of policies, working in collaboration with appropriate internal partners and external legal counsel as required. This may include progressive disciplinary documentation, participating and leading internal investigations, intake and resolution of employee issues and concerns.

- Manage annual performance management cycle via Cornerstone on Demand system, ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.

- Manage administration of Learning Management system via Cornerstone on Demand.

- Maintain an awareness of emerging trends and HR best practices and liaise with HR peers to ensure policies, programs and procedures stay current and market competitive.

- Generate, analyze and interpret a wide range of information and metrics to drive decisions and solutions to employee relations issues around compensation, benefits, workers compensation, training and development and prepare or provide input to presentations and reports of observations and recommendations based on findings.

- Manage short and long projects and work in a collaborative team environment.

- Collaborate with HR peers in specialty areas such as Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and HRIS in order to effectively execute on core processes and develop best practices.

- Consistently exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

- Supervise, train and develop HRBP Generalist and Employee Relations Coordinator.

- Assist HR senior leadership transition department to a culture of excellence for HR initiatives, processes and transactions
