Open to travel frequently.

- Resource Planning & Talent acquisition:

- Devise strategies to attract and retain talent at all levels

- Create short, medium, and long-term staffing plan in consultation with functional heads;

- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes (with strict SLAs) starting with Job Description creation, shortlisting, assessment process, negotiation and offer, background verification and on-boarding.

- Manage staffing plan with zero lag in capacity building

- Separations and Settlements

- Transfers + Promotions

- Training and Development:

- Assess, build and implement a structured learning and development program at all levels in the organization to address skill deficiencies, up-skilling, and cross-skilling.

- Conceptualizing innovative and flexible methods to address the developmental and capacity building needs identified, including identification of external training programs and conferences, the design and delivery of in-house training sessions, enrollment in online learning programs, and mentoring, self- learning, and other methods as appropriate.

- Continuous evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs.

- Performance Management, Compensation, Incentives and Benefits:

- Developing effective, implementable and measurable performance management and review systems.

- Create a comprehensive compensation, incentives and benefits structure across the organization at all levels aimed at attracting, motivating and retaining the best talent

- Carry out periodic market based compensation benchmarking exercise and roll out of revised benchmarks.

- Monitor salary structures, balance staffing needs with cost controls, and help ensure that policies, procedures and programs are in alignment with the organization's overall strategic objectives and HR vision

- Culture Building & Employee Engagement:

- Provides day to day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).

- Support, develop and coach people managers to manage employee relations issues using Company policies, procedures and best practices

- Implementing wellbeing and employee engagement initiatives.

- Develop employee engagement strategies and programs at PAN India level for rewards and recognitions on a monthly basis

Compliances:

- In-depth and practical knowledge of legal and statutory requirements related to HR policies and practices, reducing legal risks and ensuring all compliances

- Extensive working knowledge on applicable labor Laws, policies & regulatory compliances such as S&E / CLRA / payment of wages/ Minimum wages/ Bonus/ LWF/ Maternity/ POSH/ PF and ESIC etc.

- Ensuring HR and labour related compliances PAN India.

General:

- Ownership of all HR Policies, procedures, and practices; Auditing HR practices and procedures and devising and implementing standard/ best practice performance benchmarks.

- Monitoring the payroll interface to ensure compliance and data integrity

- Managing third-party HR service providers and consultants.

- Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, succession planning

- Responsible to prepare PPT/ Reports for the periodic reviews

- Master's degree in HR or related field (Full- time MBA from a well recognized college/ university is mandatory).

- Minimum 10-11 years of experience in HR domain from Retail/ F&B Industry

- Experience as a HR Business Partner with a multinational organization

- Experience in managing international stakeholders would be preferred

- Well versed with labour regulations & payroll systems

- Experience in implementing diverse and high impact HR initiatives to support organizational objectives
