Senior HR Manager - IR

- We are looking for Core Industrial Relation candidates who are well verse with factory licensing & Labor Law, Statutory compliance with minimum 15 years of experience Ability to deal with issues like regulations, control over work structures, risk prevention, collective bargaining, industrial security and similar issues.

- This role possesses basic leadership skills, technical expertise and aptitude.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- To ensure maintenance of discipline in the factory and take appropriate disciplinary action as per the stipulated procedures whenever any act of misconduct is committed.

- To maintain a harmonious relationship with Union and addresses the grievances of the employees periodically and promptly.

- Support Head of HRD, People Business Partners and line managers in HR related matters.

- Taking care of entire plant administration, like Security, Housekeeping, Gardening, Employee Guest Houses & Labor residential Quarters etc.

- Ability to deal with issues like regulations, control over work structures, risk prevention, collective bargaining, industrial security and similar issues.

- Ensuring HR staff is knowledgeable about union contract compliance

- Advising management on contract negotiations and similar management-union relations.

- Heading monthly labour management meetings.

- Consulting with HR Business Partners regarding personnel policies.

- Creating and revising union contracts.

- Preparing documentation regarding labour relations assignments.
