Description - Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible to drive end-to-end HR for India.

You will work very closely with the global stakeholders and business heads to drive organisation culture and foster growth.

Client Details : 

Our client is a leading firm in health-care domain. They are looking for a seasoned HR professional with experience with hospitals/ healthcare domain driving the end-to-end HR activities.

Description : 

You will be responsible to work closely with the global stake holders to drive the HR agenda for the India set up.

You will be managing the end to end activities like C&B, manpower planning, employee engagement, performance management etc.

Profile : 

- At least 10 years experience with Hospitals/Healthcare domain is a must.

- Experience working as a HR Business Partner, C&B, payroll etc.

- Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to manage senior stakeholders.

- Ability to be hands-on, detail oriented and all-rounded player in a small team setting.
