JD- Sr. Manager HR will be responsible for end to end HR and will also play a consultative role to the business head COO on people matters especially Leadership Development. He/she will also interact very closely with the other functional heads. The

Key challenge will be to bring HR to the expected level and integrate with the group. The successful candidate will have a full complement of leadership competencies as well as a proven ability in the following areas:

- Business Partnership and Leadership

- Organization development with a focus on culture building

- Change management interventions on structure, policies and processes

- Manpower planning & Recruitment

- Driving Employee Engagement via planned interventions

- Taking up the capability table of the organization in terms of relevant learning needs - addressing current as well as future need gaps

- Instituting an HR excellence model in the area of HR operations
