Responsibilities:
- Manage the end to end recruitment cycle.
- Support Business in resolving human resource problems, interpreting HR policies and procedures and recommending effective courses of action.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary HR development theory, methods & applicable laws and provide suitable interpretation to leadership team within the organization.
- Facilitate formal and informal communication between various layers of the organization
Experience:
- 6-10 years of experience in BFSI sector.
- Experience in HR Business Partner/ Talent Acquisition
