- As a Senior Manager - HR, you will be responsible to provide leadership and functional HR generalist support to the organisation. You will be required to work alongside the senior management team and contribute to the implementation of the HR strategy including organisational design activities within a changing environment.

Your responsibilities will be to:

- Partnering with the core team to develop a comprehensive strategic roadmap and building a People function to support the company's growth

- Consulting and advising on multiple facets of the business to include organization structure, change management, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, compliance, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, organization development and training

- Proactively supporting the implementation of performance management systems and providing guidance to managers to support the continued development of their staff

- Working with the Finance team to ensure the accurate and timely payments of the monthly payroll

- Coordinating, and advising on the implementation and administration of salary reviews

- Communicating, troubleshooting and providing customer service to employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, training & development and other HR programs

- Implementing effective OD and strategic HR initiatives in consultation with the senior management

- Managing and reviewing the company's policies and procedures and updating them as required

- Providing pragmatic HR solutions striking the balance between best practice, legal requirement and commercial need

- Assisting with the identification of training needs and coordination of projects related to staff development

- Ensuring compliance with all the HR regulations, and policies and procedures

- Promoting and supporting company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

Candidate Profile:

- HR professional with demonstrable experience of 5-10 years in all major HR functions

- Candidates preferred from premier B-schools

- Excellent communication skills

- Effective interpersonal and presentation skills

- Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items

- Proven ability to influence decision making

- Deep passion for people and a strong instinct for managing and developing talent
