Senior Manager-HR
Age: Between 40 to 48 years.
Qualification: LLB with MBA/MSW.
Experience (Years): 12 to 20
Location: Dharuhera (Haryana).
Reporting: Administratively to GM-Works and Functionally to Head-HR at Corporate.
Job Description: He will be overall in charge of HR (Industrial Relation & Administration) of the plant at Dharuhera and should have remarkable exposure to;
- Industrial Relation / Labour Laws and have handled Union.
- Management Information System (MIS) and PMS.
- Manpower Planning/Budgeting.
- Recruitment & Selection.
- Induction & Orientation. KRA/KPIs.
- Statutory Compliance.
- Factories Act, PF, ESI, Contract Labour, Apprenticeship, Employment Exchange, Industrial Disputes, Minimum Wages, Employees Compensation, Standing Orders and Pollution Control.
- Training & Development.
- Time office management, Payroll processing and Wage & Salary administration.
- SAP HR Module.
- Administration of plant Facility, Security, Canteen, Temple, Transport etc.
- Liasion with local bodies and government authorities.
- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
- System Awareness and Implementation, Health & Safety, Kaizen, 5S, EMS: ISO-14001, TS: 16949 etc.
