- Should have done HR Business Partnering / HR Consultant role
- Should have centrally project managed at least 2 cycles of Performance Management, Annual Comp Review, Bonus plans etc
- Exposure to Mercer/ Tower Watson Methodology, Compensation Benchmarking etc.
- Good understanding and hands on exposure to Benefit Administration like Insurance policies, Group Gratuity Scheme, Car Lease etc.
- Hands on exposure to R&R program, Employee Engagement Activities etc
- Should have managed Talent Management program design, roll out / implementation
- HR Policies drafting / review
- Exposure to Diversity initiatives, GPW / Top Employer certification,
- Excellent Presentation Skills, Clear thought process, excellent command over MS office spl excel and power point
Desirable :
- HR Partner in projects like Business Transformation, Restructuring, Insourcing / outsourcing, ramp up etc
- Hands on exposure to Resource Management, Headcount Budgeting, Recruitment & Selection, Onboarding process, Digital Hiring etc
- Hands on exposure to dealing with Employee Relations - PIP Process, Absconding Cases, Conflict Management, Escalation Management etc
- Exposure to ISO compliance, HRIS, HR Tools etc
- Handled Campus Hiring Program
- Basic Understanding of labour laws and employment framework ( PF, Min Wages, Maternity, Bonus, Contract Labour, S&E Act etc )
