The client is a well known pvt sector bank & is rated among fastest growing bank among its peer group.   For its Pune office; it requires:  Sr. Manager / Manager - HR [ Retail & Commercial Banking business]  The candidate shall manage HR activities for Pune & RoM & closely work with Mumbai HQ to drive HR activities.  Role specs:  Talent Acquisition / Manpower Planning :   - Responsible for sourcing niche & bulk hiring for the region, Vendor Management [apx 60 % - 70 % of role]  - Closely work with Business to understand manpower requirements and ensure that roles are filled within the defined TAT.   - Employee On boarding, Induction, Conducting / Overseeing Training programs for new and existing employees.  - Employee Engagement and Relations  HR Ops :   Ensure that HR Ops processes run seamlessly without any hitch.   Responsible for conducting PMS Appraisals  Candidate specs :  - Should be MBA from well known B School   - Should be actively involved in Recruitment across levels within a short TAT  - Well versed with Generalist HR activities   - Preferably from Financial Services background.  - Open to relocation candidates also.  Salary Offered : 8-10 LPA
