Details about the Position :

Position : Senior Manager - Human Resources

Role : Head HR

Location : Baggad (Dist. Dhar), Madhya Pradesh

Requisites :

- MBA (full time) with 13-16 years of experience in HR,IR & Administration

- Should have experience in handling the entire gamut of HR in plant set-up

- Should posses good mentoring and coaching skills & problem solving & decision making ability

- Must have experience in frequently interacting with government agencies and local bodies

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for the entire plant having more than 150 White collar and around 700 Blue collar and contractual employees

- To ensure effective and sustainable plant operations by working in conjunction with the plant management team.

- To support each function in the achievement of their business objectives through execution on the appropriate people strategy issues, talent engagement, workforce planning, etc.

- Co-ordination of performance appraisal for management team and all shop floor employees together with the necessary training and development to support personal and organizational growth.

- Ensuring statutory compliance of the plant.

- Responsible for overall administration of the plant including HR services such as Canteen, Transportation, Housekeeping, Horticulture etc.

- To work as a change agent in the plant by implementing various productivity improvement projects

- Ensure amicable and harmonious Industrial Relations in the plant.

- Execution and management of CSR activities
