Senior Manager - HR

Location : Bangalore

Key Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for designing and executing the HR strategy to support the business and company growth.

2. Monitor effectiveness of existing HR programs and develop right practices to enhance overall employee experience from hiring, onboarding, training & development, rewards and recognitions to retention and offboarding.

3. Work closely with the Global Learning Management Academy to deliver and execute leadership trainings and Grassroot excellence programs across the Business Unit. Be the academy's champion for the region.

4. Collaborate with the business leaders to ensure appropriate talent management practices are put in place to make Laguna a preferred choice for employment in the industry. Help build engaged and high-performance teams.

5. Ensure succession planning is constantly reviewed at every level and proactively identify leadership gaps.

6. Responsible for front-ending various initiatives like Engagement Surveys, International Graduate programs, Internship Programs for the region and collaborate effectively with HR teams of other BUs.

7. Provide effective counsel on people issues : career planning, compensation, leadership development etc to promote a high people centric culture.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements :

1. MBA/PGDBM in HR with 7+ years experience in a senior HR role.

2. Extensive exposure to and strong knowledge of market trends, best practices, legal developments and technology.

3. Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills.

4. Excellent analytical and decision making skills.

5. Proven ability to drive change at the highest level
