Position Overview :

Senior/Manager HR will be handling :

- Responsibility of entire department, Grievance Handling, HR Queries, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Culture of the company, Recruitment, Preparing Reports, Advising Leadership on Hiring, Firing, Termination, Career Guidance

Skills (Mandatory skills) :

- Minimum 5 years in HR

- Minimum 2 years of Recruitment experience

- Handled a team of recruiters in the past

- Decision-making ability

- Experience in handling different types of Grievances such as SH, appraisals, theft, etc.

- Knowledge of Processes, legal aspects around key policies such as POSH.

- Payroll processes knowledge

- Experience in HR software. (preferred)

- Law degree (good to have)

- Knowledge of the Appraisal process and best practices

- Advising Leadership on hiring, Termination, appraisal

- Experience in conducting creative activities/games in the past role

- Awareness of Culture building activities

- Campus Placement Experience

- Well-versed with using Naukri, Linkedin, and other job portals.

- Awareness of various metrics that should be captured and reported

- Basic Excel skills

- Experience in dealing with Senior Management

- Awareness of Org Chart, Company Policies
