Provide human resource generalist services, including compliance with regulatory agencies (i.e. EEOC, Human Rights, OFCCP, and OSHA). 2. Provide direction to employees in the resolution of problems, related to benefits, company policies, etc. 3. Manages Employee Temporary Services. 4. Source, screen and recommend candidates for employment and conduct new employee orientation. 5. Facilitate internal/external Health and Wellness activities. 6. Employee engagement activities 7. Administer local salary performance review procedure, and employment related policies and procedures. 8. Responsible for HRIS administration and maintenance. 9. Support the administration of Worker's Compensation and coordination of workplace safety programs. 10. Conduct training sessions related to Ethics, benefits, safety, or others as required. Plan and participate in Division Talent Management and Succession Review. 11. Establishes and maintains a presence on the plant floor to keep a read on the pulse of the organization 12. Proactively identifies and resolves employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner that protects the needs of the plant to operate in an effective and efficient manner 13. Manages and mitigates employee grievances by ensuring supervisors and leadership are creating an open forum for discussion and resolution of plant issues 14. Takes ownership for specific HR initiatives that support the effective operations of the organization by developing and/or delivering HR programs (e.g., attendance tracking, communications) 15. Tracks and documents employment issues and requests as required for procedural and statutory purposes 16. Formulating, implementing and communicating HR budgets, policies &amp; SOPs in line with changing business environment 17. Liaising with Industrial Safety &amp; Health, Labor Office and other government offices including DISH Office, Gram Panchayat, Police Department; dealing with legal cases and negotiating with respective authorities 18. Building harmonious relations between employee and employer by redressal of grievances 19. Human Resource Management, Employee Welfare &amp; Industrial Relations, General Administration, Project Management, Manpower Planning &amp; Recruitment, Budgetary, Cost Control &amp; compliance, AuditLegal &amp; Statutory CompliancesPerformance ManagementTeam Building &amp; LeadershipCross-functional Coordination 20.
