Senior Manager - Human Resource (9-18 yrs)
Job Description :
- A trusted advisor and strategic partner to the team, consulting with line management on all employees related matters including employee development, performance reviews, performance management, employee relations, succession, compensation planning, and training
- Participate as project team member on global HR initiatives in the development, design and execution of corporate HR programs and projects, including conducting of trainings and change management
- Close collaboration with global recruiting team and local managers for recruitment in alignment with the talent strategy while driving the local candidate screening and selection process
- Ability to be proactive, use good judgement and people skills to create an excellent workplace
- Drive consistent HR processes and policies or enhancements that support the business and that comply with local regulations and corporate requirements
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations or other employment related legal issues through conducting thorough, objective and effective investigations in accordance to labor regulations and market best practices
