Desired Candidate Profile:
Generalist HR : Good knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Somebody who is a initiator and believes in taking initiatives working towards the business goals.
- Should have excellent people management skills
- Anticipates and responds to critical HR related problems and issues.
- Applies deep knowledge of human resources programs, policies, and practices to resolve critical employee relations issues.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and effective stakeholder management.
- Strong business acumen with a strategic and advisory perspective
- Honest and ethical with high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
- Sound problem solving, conflict resolution and project management experience and abilities
