Job Description:-
Lead the HRSS team to -
- Automate the employee lifecycle.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity in HRMS.
- Monitor Quality check and Data Audit processes. Implement improvements for better operational controls.
- Monitor requests/transactions to be processed within the agreed SLAs Quality and Turnaround time.
- Drive process improvement ideas to enhance the process, customer satisfaction, quality or TAT of the existing processes. Motivate the team to come up with process improvement ideas.
- Work with HRMs/HRBPs to resolve any exceptional requests and lead special projects.
- Manage escalations and conduct RCA for resolution of quality issues.
- Take ownership of the process documents and checklists and ensure that these are up to date at all times.
