Senior Manager (HRIS & Global Payroll)

- Oversee the daily operation of our HR Information Systems.

- Process employee data like leaves, wages and working hours.

- Enrol new hires and enter information including contact details and job titles.

- Collect necessary data for reporting.

- Design manuals and document data processing procedures.

- Generate ad-hoc reports (for example, reports on turnover, hiring costs and benefits).

- Collaborate with Co's IT staff to perform regular tests and upgrades Co's HRIS.

- Ensure compliance and other data protection regulations.

- Research vendors and implement new integrations as needed.

- Build global payroll processes and drive ongoing improvements, focusing on compliance, efficiency, and automation.

- Work hand in hand with HR team to deliver a best-in-class employee experience.

- Manage payrolls for exempt and non-exempt employees and monthly international payrolls.

- Manage and control Co's internal payroll data ensuring complete and accurate payrolls, payroll reports, and payroll related journal entries.

- Manage employee payroll queries and communication.

- Implement new payroll systems e.g., HRIS, time and attendance.

- Be our Payroll subject matter expert.

Qualification And Experience:

1. MBA in Human Resources with 8+ years of Global Payroll & HRIS Experience.

2. Knowledge of labor legislation.

3. Understanding of data protection regulations.

4. Hands-on experience with HR database administration.

5. Familiarity with payroll systems.

6. Analytical skills.

7. Deep knowledge of international payroll compliance, including setting up new states, countries, and mobility rules.

8. Ability research and opine on new or unique payroll issues.
