The incumbent of this role is a key face of the HR Advisory Services practice in the market . The focus of the role is to establish HR Advisory Services as a partner of choice for clients though effective solution's and high impact business delivery in the Indian context more effectively.

- Business Development - Mapping the market and independently/jointly identifying and leading pursuits across industry verticals and offerings in line with the strategic priorities of the practice. Supporting the key account strategy for the practice. 


- Representing the HR Advisory Services point of view in internal forums. Contributing to solution definition by weaving together the client's perspective with organizations expertise and creating/communicating a compelling value proposition for clients. Ensuring adherence to organizations commercial, independence and risk guidelines.

- Business Delivery - Having end-to-end ownership of client projects from strategic planning, project/program management, resource management to ensuring the quality of deliverables / impact. Ensuring adherence to organization risk, quality and delivery excellence guidelines. 


- Managing cross-functional projects with resources from multiple geographies, practices. Ensuring adherence to key projects in a project context e.g. knowledge management, capability building, etc.

- Thought Leadership - Partnering with the larger team to author/curate/contribute in developing the research base of the practice. Work with member firms globally to understand the organization capability repertoire and look at how to position that in the Indian context more effectively.

- Team Management - Leading a team of consultants / senior consultants in project contexts as well as a people manager. Providing feedback and helping them develop by balancing their aspirations with firm/practice expectations.

Experience and Exposure

- 8-15 years of professional experience in a mix of consulting and corporate roles

- End-to-end human capital subject knowledge with deep knowledge and experience in HR Advisory Services

- Deep knowledge of industry verticals

- Strong academic credentials

- Strong learning intelligence
