Senior Manager - HR Operations - Retail (10-17 yrs)
We are urgently looking out for the candidates for Senior Manager HR Operations with Leading Retail in Delhi.
- Planning and implementing Engagement Activities as per the Engagement Calendar
- Ensuring Employees are effectively engaged and positively contributes to the growth of the company
- Supporting department heads in defining KRAs and measurement criteria of employees.
- Carry out half yearly and annual performance review of employees- basis on their KRAs in coordination with their department heads.
- Taking care of Probation Completion review of employees who have completed their probation period.
Training & Development
- Identifying training needs for different positions in the Organization.
- Preparing a training calendar for the year.
- Designing several in house training modules and conducting in house training programs.
- Arranging and ensuring proper execution of the Training Modules as per the schedule.
- Evaluating Training Feedback of participants
- Conducting and documenting Exit interview of employees and taking suitable action on feed back received.
- Ensuring processing of full & final settlement and other separation formalities of resigned employees.
MIS & Record Keeping
- Ensuring proper record keeping for all HR activities at the business unit level.
- Generating appropriate MIS for the use of self and for the use of all levels of management to ensure precise decision making process.
