Senior Manager - HR Operations & Delivery - Insurance

We are looking for SM HR - Operations & Delivery for a leading Insurance company based at Gurgaon

Job Location : Corporate HQ, Gurgaon

Reporting to : AVP - HR

Nature of role : Individual Contributor (IC) Role, Corporate Team

Department : Human Resources

Function : HR - Ops & Delivery

Education : Graduate / MBA good to have

CTC : Best in Industry

Experience : 5+ years

Excellent on : presentation skills

Working Timings : 9 am onwards, 5 days working

Key Responsibilities

Employee Experience :

1. Is able to ideate around employee experience strategy and progressive HR experience

2. Lead and own onboarding process (Pan India) and its smooth implementation across the organization

3. Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and recommend process improvement to improve the overall effectiveness of the shared service.

4. Establish and maintain clear communication with the team members regarding project scope, timelines, issue resolution, and deliverable.

5. Should have a proven track record as an HR generalist and successful track record of implementation HR shared services will be our ideal combination

6. Should have the capability to balance operational, tactical and strategic areas in HR domain and shared services environment.

7. High level of energy, ambition, positive attitude and ability to work in highly diverse team environment to deliver effectiveness and efficiency

8. Ability to clearly define objectives, give proper direction, assign work to subordinates and make decisions based on applied knowledge of alternatives and work experience.

Desired experience

- Experience in managing the customer relationship

- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Microsoft Excel

- Clear and concise communication in both written and verbal form

- Highly detail oriented and able to work autonomously

- Ability to prioritize and organize the workload across multiple groups
