Senior Manager HR Operations and Compliance


1. Manage end-to-end of the Employee Life Cycle - Hire to Retire

2. Knowledge of all Statutory and Labour related compliance matters within required timelines.

3. Pre-hire checks like Safe hire check, rehire to be check prior to joining Employee database management.

4. Employee personal files maintenance

5. Performance Management

6. Consultant / Retainers Life cycle and payment processing

7. Leave and Attendance management

8. Designing and implementation of HR Policies

9. Monthly dashboard

10. HR Analytics and Reporting, responsible for HR metrics - Headcount report, attrition report, exit analysis, Organization structure

11. Managing HR Audit

12. Background verification check

13. Reference verification management

14. Police verification certificate tracking for all new employees and publishing fortnightly reports

15. Employee ID card creation and distribution to employees

16. Vendor management and payments

17. Employee benefits

18. HRIS Management and UAT & implementation

19. HR Automation

20. Statutory compliance - PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, Contract Labour, POSH, etc.

21. NAPS Registration, onboarding, claims and reimbursements

22. BR verification and BR automation

23. Letter generation - Appointment, termination, contract

24. Headcount provision

25. Coordination with Regional HR, Govt. Officials and multiple stakeholders for timely resolution of issues
