1. Manage end-to-end of the Employee Life Cycle - Hire to Retire
2. Knowledge of all Statutory and Labour related compliance matters within required timelines.
3. Pre-hire checks like Safe hire check, rehire to be check prior to joining Employee database management.

10. HR Analytics and Reporting, responsible for HR metrics - Headcount report, attrition report, exit analysis, Organization structure

14. Police verification certificate tracking for all new employees and publishing fortnightly reports

25. Coordination with Regional HR, Govt. Officials and multiple stakeholders for timely resolution of issues
