Responsibilities:
- Should have handled complete employee life cycle (Hire to Retire)
- Hands on experience in recruitment, onboarding, promotion, resignation, retention and salary corrections.
- Manage escalations from both internal and external stakeholders, conduct skip levels & one-on-one meeting sessions with the DR's (direct reportee's) and provide timely feedback.
- Provide process related updates to the team members and handle client calls.
- Should have the experience on creating and leading Weekly dashboard. MBR/QBR calls.
- Client Relationship Management and extreme focus to nurture a professional relationship with clients
- Escalation Management, Change Management and Initiatives
- Strategic focus and goal setting and leading the teams forward
