Senior Manager - HR Operation/HR Digitization/HR Transformation/HR Shared Services - Aviation (6-12 yrs)
- Providing vision, leadership, planning, project coordination, and management to develop a cost-effective human resources information system (HRIS)
- Facilitating efficient operations to meet current and future business needs within organization.
- Responsible for collaborating with HR partners, and stakeholders like IT / Finance / Legal and outside vendors to develop efficient and effective processes and workflows.
- Analyzing and directing all functionally related activities within the scope of the HRIS.
- Ensuring continuity and successful delivery of functional services to users throughout the organization.
- Responsible for ensuring systems improve the HR dept's operational efficiency.
- Oversees vendor governance, installation, implementation, modification, and upgradation HR software.
- Ensure internal controls and governance and training of HR team members / business managers
- Sound exposure to HR operational practices and talent management activities , executing HR Policies & Processes, HR shared services (captive or outsourced), HR Automation, HR Analytics & metrics and process improvements
- Experience in vendors assessment, negotiation and selection, and supervision for meeting SLAs, supervising internal captive / outsourced vendor managed services
