Senior Manager - HR Generalist for a leading Indian Textile Major

- This is Unit HR role for an Indian Textile major, public listed organization

- Location is Hassan, Karnataka

- Knowledge of Kannada/Tamil will be a significant advantage

- Manpower planning for a medium sized or large plant

- Experience in managing workforce of 1000+

- Candidate should have experience in handling Employee Relations at plant Level

- Employee Engagement experience at shop floor level.

- Experience in handling large Contract Labor workforce at Plant level.

- Advising management on issues such as contract negotiations

- Knowledge of employment law & labor regulations at manufacturing setups

- Acts as a liaison between employer and employee, overseeing employee relations.

- Candidate must have high degree of articulation and multi-skilling.

- Candidate should have experience in handling multifaceted challenges akin to Leadership hiring.

- Exposure in influencing positive decisions with the operators/ staff, knowledge of current labour laws and its applications.
