ROLE PROFILE :
Integrate the human resource operations with Footprint's business strategies and manage the entire Employee Life Cycle and HR Operation processes. Understand the needs of the business and build HR systems and processes that address those needs. Run programs and processes to systematically attract, hire, and retain talent and manage all aspects of talent management. Specifically,
- Recruitment and staffing;
- Employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training;
- Performance management and improvement systems;
- Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health;
- Policy development, documentation, and administration;
- Statutory and regulatory compliance in human resource related areas;
- Compensation and benefits administration;
