Senior Manager - HR Generalist - Corporate Role - Education (5-9 yrs)
We have 1 very urgent position in one of the leading education brand :
POSITION - Senior Manager HR generalist ( Corporate role )
SPAN of CONTROL - pan India campuses [ Mohali, Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore ]
LOCATION :- Mohali
CTC : 10lac to 11.5lac p.a. [ fixed ] ( depending upon current package, experience, education, interview status )
The purpose of the role primarily revolves around delivering on key HR items such as Recruitments, Induction & On-Boarding, and Employee Engagements, Employee development, designing and execution of HR projects, Query management, and ensuring on time execution of various HR transactional items such as Payroll/Claim Management etc.
Key Responsibilities % Time Spent
- Take care of all on-boarding activities 15%
- HR Operations & Query Management 15%
- Manage all Staff welfare activities 10%
- Support for all HR activities at Mohali, like recruitment, Training, PMS, etc. 20%
- Continuously engage and interact with Staff to ensure customer satisfaction with HR processes 15%
- Designing and execution of HR initiatives such as 360 degree/GPTW/E-Sat surveys 25%
Total Time Spent on All Responsibilities 100%
Job Specification
Knowledge / Education Specific Skills Desirable
MBA in HR from Good institutions Interpersonal skills, Verbal and written communication, Problem solving skills, Negotiation skills, Convincing skills, Coordination
Experience: 5-9 yrs

NOTE : Need a strong person with solid domain knowledge in HR and exposure to managing OD interventions/designing of L&D initiatives /Balanced Scorecard/Performance management/Talent Management beyond the basics that a HR generalist should have been exposed to such as talent acquisition, on-boarding, induction, employee engagements etc. While the position is based out of Mohali but will be responsible for managing these initiatives for both campuses and 3 hub offices at Delhi/Mumbai and Bengaluru.
EXPOSURE ( Mandatory ) : Talent Management process/handling engagement surveys/designing and execution of engagement calendars at an organization level/someone who had worked on the Balanced Scorecard and has sound knowledge of labor laws mainly around the Shops & Establishment Act/PF and Gratuity Act etc
