Senior Manager - HR Data Analytics (8-12 yrs)

The individual should bring advanced analysis, modelling and measures on our existing data/ projects. Should help structure the purpose of data, how to capture, interpret and apply data across HC, conduct advanced analytics/create predictive models to aid decisions wherever required, and demonstrate the value and impact of data to the leadership team.

What You'll Need :

- Strong experience in data analysis and reporting

- Strong analytical skills

- Background in market research and project management

- Knowledge of Excel and SQL; familiarity with business intelligence tools

- Ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts and presentations

- Good communication skills

- Attention to detail

- Problem-solving aptitude

- Strong quantitative background, preferably a Master's degree in Engineering/Mathematics/Statistics

- 5-6 years' experience in analytics

- Experience working for a people analytics function is a plus

What You'll Do:

- Understand business needs and objectives

- Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting

- Define company-wide metrics and relevant data sources

- Extract reports from multiple sources and convert raw data into presentable, digestible, and actionable recommendations and insights for HR teams

- Deliver actionable results through combination of industry knowledge, business skills, understanding, analyzing, and interpreting data

- Conduct data integrity checks to ensure accuracy and quality of HR reporting and analytics

- Create, improve, and automate standard reports and develop new reports

- Manage Turnaround time on requested reports

- Staying up to date on relevant research and industry trends

- Build technology in reporting
