Our client is a leading global advisory and consulting firm based in Delhi NCR region.
Responsibilities :
- Lead large-scale business transformation projects across change management, organizational design, HR operating & delivery model, HR process efficiency & policy and transactions
- Lead the end to end delivery of projects from developing and planning to implementation
- Ensure the delivery of quality service and insightful solutions to clients with a practical business approach
- Generate new client opportunities and develop relations with clients through collaborative business development and account management
- Effectively influence clients and stakeholders when required for any major initiatives or decisions
- Encourage collaboration and promote an inclusive work environment amongst the team members
- Coach and provide valuable learning opportunities to junior resources and peers
Skills & Experience :
- 10+ years of work experience
- Post graduate degree with a specialization in HR from a Tier 1 institute
- Mandatory experience working in a consulting firm with exposure to large scale projects across change management and OD/ HR operating and delivery model/ HR process efficiency
- Proven experience in generating and developing new business/ sales
- Strong communication, presentation, leadership and negotiation skills
