The role requires extensive travel to Mina, a district near Mumbai Looking for: - A B school graduate (Batch 2013 or before) - Strong experience in change management - should have covered at least 2-3 such HR projects. - Consulting experience is strongly preferred Role responsibilities: - Experience in change management and employee experience projects including stakeholders management, impact analysis, communication strategies, culture assessment, user engagement and readiness assessment - Practical project management experience including planning, project management, and risk management - Deemed owner of the change requests from creation to closure. - Delivering change management and training programs in a wide variety of contexts including ERP implementations and transformational change programs - Working with senior leadership to create alignment in order to support program success - Developing holistic change management strategies that succinctly articulate how change will be managed in the context of a transformation program - Identifying and deploying leading edge communication and stakeholder engagement tools and techniques - Delivering programs that support agile / iterative transformation
