Purpose of the Job :
As an Technology HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for solving organizational challenges through people related solutions.
Key Deliverable :
- Create a people agenda that drives the business to achieve its ambitions.
- The agenda should be plan which focuses on both on attracting and retaining talent.
- Build relationships with business leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people related strategy and execution
- Work with the SME teams to create useful propositions for your business in the following areas: talent acquisition, Talent management, Data Analysis, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, Recognition programs and Compensation.
- Connect with a Purpose - Regularly connecting with employees to understand what drives them, motivates /demotivates them and constantly keep on improving the people agenda to keep it relevant
Skills Required :
- Strong HR experience across talent management, employee engagement & retention
- Should be comfortable with ambiguity; should display a knack for problem-solving
- Should be an excellent communicator, with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and a complex set of stakeholders to drive organizational change
Educational Qualifications :
- MBA-HR from a premier institute
