Senior Manager - HR Business Partner - Technology/Digital/Startup (4-6 yrs)
We need HRBP experience from tech/digital/start-up organizations.
Educational Qualifications-
- MBA-HR from a premier institute (Tier 1 or Tier 2 only)
Work Experience:
- 4-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in an e-commerce or product organization
As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for solving organizational challenges through people related solutions.
Key Deliverables :
- Create a people agenda that drives the business to achieve its ambitions.
- The agenda should be plan which focuses on both on attracting and retaining talent.
- Build relationships with business leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution
- Work with the SME teams to create useful propositions for your business in the following areas: talent acquisition, Talent management, Data Analysis, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, Recognition programs and Compensation.
- Connect with a Purpose
- Regularly connecting with employees to understand what drives them, motivates /demotivates them and constantly keep on improving the people agenda to keep it relevant
