- To design and formulate HR strategy basis the business plan of the Sales division of Personal care business.
- Organization design to support business growth.
- Implement talent management agenda and practices for business unit in line with established practices
- Anchors planning & communication around career growth through individual al development plans based on performance/potential
- Focused on developing people capability through Training, Development Centre etc.
- Implement and manage compensation and reward & recognition programs effectively for the function.
- Providing HR guidance and support to the business units in overcoming people challenges specific to the location.
