Senior Manager - HR Business Partner - Retail (7-14 yrs)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Partner with business leaders to understand their priorities, needs, concerns and address the same in collaboration with the Home Centre Head HR

2. Provide subject matter expertise to the business leaders on organization and people matters

3. Provide support to the Home Centre Head HR in creating a robust, efficient, and optimum organization design and structure aligned to the business requirements

4. Provide inputs in creating the manpower plan and budgets for the Corporate Office

5. Implement the manpower plan to achieve the recruitment targets as per the manning model and TATs

6. Review the people capability of the organization, key talent availability and provide recommendations to the relevant stakeholders on required people development initiatives to deliver on the business expectations

7. Identify, nurture and retain key talent (hi-pos) through well-defined competency-based assessments and development plans in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders to enable career and succession planning

8. Stay connected with the employees through periodic one-on-ones and FGDs to understand their needs and issues and address the same within relevant timelines

9.Provide support in implementing an objective performance assessment of employees through LDS as per defined process and timelines (goal setting, pitstop and final lap)

10. Work with the people managers to build the required skills and expertise to set goals, provide feedback and support the team members to develop

11. Prepare, analyze, and share HR dashboards with the relevant stakeholders

12. Review and ensure timely and accurate compliance to the relevant statutory regulations (including maintenance of relevant documentation - licenses, abstracts etc.)
