- Drive PMS process and adherence to quality standards and timelines.

- Responsible for identifying and implementing improvements in the existing processes and policies to increase the overall effectiveness

- Manpower planning & budgeting exercise for the assigned domain with focus on productivity and optimum utilization of manpower

- Coach, counsel, and enable managers at various stages of the Process and monitor progress

- Engaging with the leadership team and managing stakeholder expectations; Proactive HR sensing and addressing employees based on Organization Principles.

- Support domain teams in alignment of organization design&Structure as per business strategy
