Senior Manager - HR Business Partner - Pharma (5-7 yrs)
About our Client: Swiss Pharmaceutical MNC
Reporting to the India Head HR, dotted line reporting to Sr Manager HRBP
- You will work closely with the business teams to provide the core HR services to India with a key focus on compensation and benefits and HR operations
- Set up the C&B CoE for India, including the vision, strategy, best practices, benchmarking etc
- Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key strategies by anticipating HR issues and solutions as appropriate also be a part of the design and implementation of policy and process from scratch
- Develop incentives and rewards systems ensuring that human resource goals are aligned with the business goals and global HR initiatives
As a successful candidate you should have :
- Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience in building organization strategy and execution and have rich experience in Compensation and Benefits
- Hands on experience in setting up C&B
- MNC experience (absolute must have)
