Senior Manager - HR Business Partner - Pharma

Objective of this role is to reduce attrition and increase employee commitment for their unit within target ranges given to them

Each Senior Manager will manage about 4 to 5 HR Managers, which makes the total span of approx. 1000 - 1200 people The incumbent will be based in Bangalore and would report to the AVP HRBP.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing and governing the HR managers - daily and weekly activities like making sure they are meeting their daily/weekly targets, facilitating them with various process etc.

2. Come out with creative approaches (which will be deployed by HR Managers) to maximize employee engagement and reduce attrition

3. Engaging with senior managers/ GM/ AVP sales on a periodic basis to reduce attrition and increasing employee commitment
