From 2011-15 batches ( fulltime MBA - XLRI/TISS/MDI/SIBM/SCMHRD/SIMS/XIM/IMI/DelhiUniv/MLS )
- Candidates preferred from Manufacturing plant exp; Be a strategic thought partner to the GM and the two Plant Managers and the country leadership team
- Manage entire gamut of HR role, act as sounding board for the business, improve work environment to retain best and brightest, work on global projects as and when needed on bleeding edge stuff. Work closely with CXOs when needed
- Partner with senior business leaders to achieve strategic business objectives
- You should be conceptual sound, articulate and great ability work with multiple stakeholders. performance management, performance based pay etc, strong problem solving skills, ability to deep dive into problems
- Enhance business performance
- Exposure to plans essential for those looking for manufacturing HR role
- Full time two year PG/MBA from Tier 1 B school
- 6-10 years post MBA experience
