Senior Manager - HR Business Partner - Logistics (8-12 yrs)

About the Role :
The HRBP will be part of the City Logistics HR Leadership team and will work with the Supply Chain Leaders to define & execute the HR strategy for the City Logistics Organization. The HRBP will manage relations with internal customers, partner with them for building a robust People charter and enable scale up of the organization as per business requirements.
Job Description :
What you'll do :
- Play a central role, in conjunction with the CL Leadership in forward planning and strategy development for City Logistics as a whole.
- Lead HR Transformation Initiatives for City Logistics through Invention, Digitization, Standardization, Rationalization, Centralization, Simplification & Outsourcing
- Address Strategy in Action for CL and HR Org through right structure, right roles & right person at right place
- Lead Inclusion & Diversity Charter for City Logistics
- Conceptualize & implement Business Linked HR Initiatives to positively influence key business metrics
- Devise strategies and manpower models to improve share in last mile delivery workforce.
- To create & deploy Cluster Level Structures that enable us to succeed decisively and consistently across India by leveraging central scale and increased focus in the geographies.
- To conceptualize and manage all risk taking & innovations projects & New HR Initiatives.
- Actively work on improving Performance & Productivity of CL HR Fraternity
- Analyze & ideate to develop & continuously improve the HR strategy for all Central Business Verticals.
- Redesign Organizational Structures & development initiatives to ensure integration and alignment with strategic and business goals.
- Design and deliver effective change management strategies, processes and interventions that support the Business Vertical's ambition to be a high performing organization.
- Drive initiatives which foster a high-performance culture of continuous improvement and diversity.
- Align business practices with people to drive effective performance.
- Identify, analyze, scale and implement best practices suited for the organization through effective HR.
- Develop an effective partnership with employees, managers and ensure a positive work environment. Create a robust employee network.
- Be an active mentor and coach for Senior and mid-management on people and business practices.
- Implement talent management strategies and develop a relationship with business to drive organizational goals.
- Plan & Execute HR Initiatives to successfully deliver on Peaks such as Big Billion Day, Big Fashion Festival, Etc.
