Senior Manager - HRBP - TISS/XLRI

- Extensive experience of working as a HR Business Partner for different teams
- 6-8 years of relevant HR experience as an HR Business Partner
What you'll do :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across your client group, establishing yourself as a trusted partner in all people and business issues
- Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and employee retention
- Manage and deploy small to medium scale HR projects and change initiatives
- Provide accurate and knowledgeable guidance in the management of employee relations issues
- Provide day-to-day coaching and guidance to business leaders, managers and others within your business units
