One of our clients which is a leading FMCG company is looking for an HRBP with 5-10 years of experience. - Work closely with Managers & teams to understand people requirements, changes to organizational design, identifying and drive Talent & Learning interventions. - Responsible to ensure all CoE team initiatives such as talent management, learning and development, performance management, annual salary review etc. are well executed. - Develop strategies & execute a robust action plan to increase employee engagement levels. - Ensure regular connects with People Connects to understand and solve for their concerns/ queries. - Focus on creating a functional capability roadmap. - Drive Peer-to-Peer learning interventions, focus on rewards and recognition program for the organization working with Compensation & Benefits team to drive high performance behavior. - Understand job openings within different functions; align on desired profile and qualifications with the leadership and ensure timely recruitment to support business ; build recruitment pipeline in collaboration with Talent Acquisition team. - Foster a culture of innovation. 2. Responsible for below metrics for in-scope organization: - Employee satisfaction index / NPS - People costs for the function(s) - Recruitment as per SLA/ timelines - Employee turnover rate (including regret turnover rate) Desired Candidate: - 7-9 years of relevant HR experience - Experience in HR analytics would be desirable - Good communication skills - Ability to manage multiple HR projects
