Senior Manager - HR Business Partner - EPC (14-20 yrs)

We have an immediate and a very exciting opportunity from our client which is a large EPC firm executing Global projects. They are looking for a "HR Business Partner" for their organization to join them as soon as possible. The position is based in Pune.

The incumbent will be responsible for Managing HR, Recruitment, Training, PMS, ESat etc Will need to travel to project sites.

To qualify for these positions you should:

- Have an MBA / PG in HR

- Have around 12+ years of experience in HR

- Have good experience as an HR Business Partner

- Have experience in multiple areas of HR including PMS, eSAT, Recruitment, T&D etc

- Have good experience in a Projects orgn (EPC, PMC, Consulting Engineering, Power, Water etc) ( - MUST HAVE- )

- Have an in-depth understanding of new age HR and can engage seniors

- Have good English Skills

- Be from Pune or ready to relocate
