Senior Manager - HR Business Partner - Engineering/Product Firm

Our client is the one of the largest global engineering/product firm with significant market share and an enviable reputation with their unrivalled product knowledge, most comprehensive and best product portfolio in the industry. With a strong monopoly and their exponential growth across the region, they are presently seeking Business HR Leader for their business globally (approx. 800 people) to join their leadership team based out of Gurgaon

Reporting into the CEO and having a team, of 4-5 HRBP's, your responsibilities as a Sr. Manager Business HR Leader for approx. 800 people will include:

- Ensure and provide advice and insights to the senior business stakeholders regarding outline, design and delivery of HR strategies

- Be a "business partner" and key member of the leadership team to align the HR processes to the business goals

- Define policies and processes in HR for multiple geographies

- Focus on capability building and designing new initiatives in the field of career pathing, talent management, succession planning, grading and levelling etc.

- Be thorough in developing process excellence and process enhancements in the field of organization structure, Talent development, capability development, recruitment processes etc. of employees in US and APAC

- Handle all HR Operations, transactions and processes, employee grievances at a global level

- Handle and ensure adherence to all statutory and local compliances

- Be an engine for HR Analytics and work closely with the senior business stakeholders as a problem solver for all strategic business issues

- Creatively apply strong business acumen with strong communication skills in driving the people initiatives

- Close interaction and providing active support to CEO and business heads on strategizing around compensation planning, performance management, L&D, rewards and recognitions, talent management etc. to ensure consistent implementation of decisions and successful delivery of the processes

The Successful Applicant

- 10 - 15 years of experience as a HRBP (70%)+ HR Operations (30%) leader from a MNC background as a must have

- Candidates only with a Full time MBA from a premier B school will be considered

- Candidates can come from a start-up, Product Technology, IT, IT software services companies only. Other applications will not be considered

- Only thorough Business HR profiles who have handled generalist HR/HR operation roles previously, will be considered

- Must come with a robust understanding of HR process enhancements and improvisations

- Strong problem solving capability

- Global and senior stakeholder management experience is a must have

- Excellent people management skills and ability to handle group of Top tier/hi pot talent is a must have

- Should be able to work in a dynamic, fast paced and ever changing business environment

- Agility and flexibility in work as well as thought process

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
