- Provide guidance on HR policies
- Advice on HR strategies
- Identify training needs and evaluate training programs
- Monitor workforce and succession planning
- Resolve employee grievances and improve work relationships
Candidate background :
- MBA from tier 1 institutes with 5 to 9 years of post-qualification experience.
- Should have worked in a fast paced organization, preferably startup or ecommerce
- Experience in HR functions and metrics
