Senior Manager - HR Business Partner - Education/Insurance/Retail (8-12 yrs)
Key Responsibilities include;
- Support in the manpower planning exercise for the SBU. Identify the sources to meet the staffing needs in collaboration with the CHRO
- Devise and implement the plan of sourcing and selection of candidates through traditional and non-traditional modes of hiring within defined timelines
- Contribute with ground level inputs in the process of defining and reviewing the performance metrics identified at each level in collaboration with the CHRO
- Build awareness and understanding of the KRAs among the employees, educate on the performance management philosophy and ensure timely and accurate implementation of the performance management processes
- Manage the employee lifecycle processes of confirmation, transfer, long leave, payroll input calculation etc. as and when required
- Establish connect with the employees and provide support in terms of policy understanding and interpretation and grievance redressal
- Facilitate team engagement activities in collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Manage the exit process, provide attrition analysis and suggest interventions to minimize the attrition
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as and when required to support the business from an HR perspective
- Strong knowledge & hands-on experience in HR Analytics essential
