Opportunity with Digital Marketing / Product client Preferably - from product development background Exp- 12-15yrs Location- Bangalore In this role you will: 1. Partner with business to generate value, drive business outcomes by understanding business priorities and driving people initiatives 2. Work closely with HR leadership to design and implement - HR strategy- for respective business unit that nurtures a High-performance culture and mindset 3. Identify and address critical organizational and people issues, and remove barriers impeding the success of the business 4. Work with the teams to ensure flawless planning and execution of organizational restructuring as necessary considering principles underpinning effective organizational and culture change 5. Partner in delivering programs that reward and recognize key employee capabilities, behaviors and performance 6. Identify and develop key talent and ensure they are provided with experiences that enable development and retention 7. Support, develop and coach managers to be effective people managers, manage employee performance, development, and employee relations conversations 8. Anchor the employee engagement efforts for the business unit and implements engagement initiatives through outlining key drivers of engagement 9. Manage and resolve ER issues through effective and objective investigation processes, ensuring adherence to appropriate employment laws &amp; policies 10. Ensures HR policies and practices are applied consistently throughout assigned BU and ensures fairness across the organization 11. Partner with HR COE's on various HR programs this may include - HRIS, performance management, compensation and benefit, HR compliance and audits, enterprise wide management/leadership initiatives, talent and leadership developments programs, workforce planning, diversity &amp; internal communications Willingness to learn, grow and tackle expanded duties as business needs evolve - Demonstrate the ability to analyze and understand data and information quickly - In depth understanding of relevant employment legislation, compensation &amp; benefits law and must be able to exercise judgement and independently determine and take appropriate action within defined HR policies and procedures - Understanding of OD/OE concepts and practices - Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills (should be skilled in use of Word, PowerPoint and Excel) - Acts with integrity, impartiality, and independence, balancing functional, organizational and legal parameters
